Our aim is to keep all readers, whether they be landlords, leaseholders or professional practitioners (solicitors, chartered surveyors, managing agents or management companies, to name just a few) informed about developments in the law and the marketplace. Each issue will contain a summary of recent cases that have been decided by the courts and tribunals that we feel you might wish to read. We also plan to keep you abreast of legislative changes that might affect you too.

We aim to stage events around the country in the coming year so as to bring LEASE to you, wherever you are! The events will be in the form of workshops, seminars and lectures. Some will be for practitioners only whilst others will be for both practitioners and non-practitioners. Each issue of LEASE eNews will contain details and dates of these events so that you can plan ahead and book your place as each event will have limited places so we must book delegates on a first come first served basis.
