You can use this journey planner to find the best route to us using public transport. Click the mouse in the 'From' box, delete the word From, and enter your location. You can enter a local station, a postcode, or an address, but you'll need to change the drop-down menu underneath accordingly. Then click 'Leave now', and the Transport for London site will come up with directions. If you are not actually leaving now you can then click on the 'Edit Search Options' button (on the Transport for London website) to enter the actual date and time of your appointment.
